We’ve designed the Media Center to be highly intuitive, easy-to-use and fun. Users can easily search and find what they want and efficiently publish it. The software is online, so there’s nothing to download or install. Just log in and begin communicating!

Home page:
The Home Page is the first place you come to upon entering the Media Center. It’s where you’ll find out what’s new, see important updates, access help, peruse your latest efforts and catch up on the latest announcements.

Browser
The Browser is where you search or browse to find what you’re looking for. To easily narrow your search, you can also filter by:
- Keyword
- Media type
- Category
- Library

Details page
Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, a simple click of the mouse takes you to the Details page for that document or media type. It provides more detailed information about your selection—it can be a video, an audio clip or an image. Another click and you can easily publish it using:
- An eCard
- Your own email
- Post on your social media sites
- Put a link on a web page or blog
- Download a high-resolution, print-ready PDF
- Download a complete presentation to your computer for offline viewing

Invitations, eCards
and eNewsletters
The Media Center offers a host of content types that can be easily customized and personalized by the sender:
eCards
eCards can include custom fields for such things as a personal message, special offers, important dates and times, etc.
Invites
Invites can be set up as a series of contacts—or what we call “campaigns.” For example, a campaign might include:
- An initial invite
- An update
- A reminder
- A follow-up thank you card
eNewsletters
Similar to eCards and Invites, eNewsletters can include both uneditable and editable articles. In addition, the sender can enter their own custom articles.

Contact Manager
The Media Center has a robust Contact Manager where users can store, manage and update their contacts. They can:
- Add contacts and groups
- Edit contacts and groups
- Delete contacts and groups
- Import contacts from their email program or spreadsheet

Tracking and Reporting
A robust tracking system allows both corporate administrators and users to effectively monitor the performance of their content and published materials. It provides critical information to ensure you are getting the most effective results. For example::

- Which users are most active
- What’s being read
- Effectiveness of user-created content
Users:
- Who received emails
- Who viewed emails
- Which links were clicked
- Who forwarded the email
